This animation is done in Canva with “Canva AI” image creation. The way I’ve nailed this is to first use ChatGPT to describe your chosen image, then pop that into Canva AI.

Ok so first choose the image you want to create. Upload image to ChatGPT and ask it to describe it using these words - Can you describe this image in a fashion forward cartoon style?
Here’s an example from one of my images:

Pop this description into Canva AI to create your image! You can keep adding in small bits of info to help it along and get a more accurate image. It’s actually so much fun so enjoy!
